Testimonials

Before I started working with Chelsea, I spent a lot of time worrying and obsessing about my to do list - really just letting my thoughts be in control, which led to exhaustion. We worked together for a few weeks, and I just began having my own realizations that have impacted me in a positive way. I now spend more time in the present moment, I used to be either in the past or concerned about my next move and how it would contribute to my future.

While, putting thought into your future and how your decisions today will influence your future is helpful, being obsessive about it is unhealthy. I was going through some difficult times during our time together, and our coaching sessions were truly the support I needed. I believe our meeting was not purely by chance, and I am appreciative of the learning and growth I achieved during our time together!

I would definitely recommend Chelsea to anyone who is needing support, she’s a phenomenal coach. I felt safe to discuss what was on my mind with her without judgement.

Before meeting with Chelsea, I had reservations about running in a 5K run.  I did not think I could succeed and did not have the confidence to run in front of anyone.  After meeting with her, she encouraged me to take the first step by signing up for a 5K run.  I will be running in my first 5K run on September 3rd.  I really am thankful for the time we shared together.  She has really allowed me to play full out and become more vulnerable every time we had our sessions together.  Chelsea has so much to give.  I would highly recommend her as a nurse coach to others.  Thanks, Chelsea!

“Working with you was instrumental in helping me figure out what I want from life, breaking big goals down into a series of small concrete achievable goals to help get me where I want to go, and in learning self-calming practices and self-encouragement strategies that can be used as tools to help me get unstuck from negative thought patterns.”

Before meeting with Chelsea there were a lot of goals that I was trying to achieve and yet I was not taking consistent actions to achieve these goals. I did not know what I wanted within my career and was frustrated with the feedback that I was receiving. This caused me to have a lot of self doubt and a lack of personal motivation within my work. Along with my frustrations at work I was struggling to gain momentum in taking care of my diabetes and actually caring about how I felt.

Chelsea and I started to work together and she helped me to take a big goal and narrow it down to simple actions that I could implement daily, and throughout situations as they arise, to help me see an improvement. The most influential part of working with Chelsea was that there was no judgment from her towards the problems I was having. That alone helped me to gain confidence in myself as well as find joy in talking with Chelsea. It felt like I had a friend that was cheering me on and yet pushing me to do my best consistently, giving me grace to make mistakes or lack having big improvements on my goal. The biweekly encouragement and accountability has helped me to make strides towards taking care of myself and finding ways to receive feedback in a more professional way.

Today I am still working on my two main goals of managing my diabetes and taking feedback from people at work and learning to give myself and those around me grace. What Chelsea has helped me to learn is that it is not about the big leap forward but about the perstant goal to slowly step forward when trying to attain goals. That it is important to not be hyper critical of oneself but to be realistic, well being honest and giving grace.

Chelsea is kind, empowering, honest, forward thinking, and impactful. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone the chance to work with her as she will cheer you on and push you towards your goals no matter how small or big they are.
